Accommodation
Each accommodation at Xai-Xai Eco Estate is privately owned. The houses have been tastefully decorated and furnished by the individual owners to ensure that you enjoy all the comforts of home in the heart of rural Africa.
The estate is situated on 12 ha of private beachfront property where you can enjoy 300 m of water frontage and 400 m of virgin coastal dune bush and trees. Views of the ocean are 180° from almost every one of Xai Xai Eco Estate’s accommodation.
There are 20 completed houses in total, each with a 179 m² brick and plaster home, consisting of: 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (main ensuite), balconies, lounge/family room, kitchen/dining room, storeroom, veranda, and carport. Cell phone reception is available.
